The CES facility in Manning, South Carolina (USA) has 110,000 square feet of prototype manufacturing and fabrication space. The shop contains one 10-ton crane and two 5-ton cranes. This allows CES to fabricate build-to-print components as well as pre-fabrication of piping systems to reduce field welding time, saving our customers time and money. The large footprint enables us to work on several projects at once and our QA program allows us to perform all of your safety-related work without full-time customer oversight, thus saving you money.
The shop also includes an extensive training area with individual weld booths and an orbital weld training area. Typical shop projects include: pipe spool fabrication, customized training mock-ups, field installation preparation and fabrication, specialty machining, welding system design and testing, ASME Section IX welder testing and project specific training and qualification.
