Welders
Our welders travel across the U.S. and abroad providing high quality welding
services to our customers. Welding processes used by CES are as follows: Gas Tungsten Arc (GTAW),
Shielded
Metal Arc (SMAW), Flux Core Arc (FCAW), Gas Metal
Arc (GMAW), and
Autogenous Welding in either manual or automatic mode for all
materials. All of our welders are certified to meet
code by our in-house welding inspectors.
- Field Machinist
CES's machinist use a wide
range of machining methods in order to get the job done right. Field
machinist should be knowledgeable in associated equipment used in field
machining operations such as split frames, ID machines, boring machines,
lathes, etc... Our field machinists are
trained to work with top of the line equipment in order to provide high
quality mechanical services to our customers.
- Pipe Fitters / Boiler Makers
Fitters and boiler makers should be comfortable with all
requirements including print reading, lay-out, and rigging. Working
safely and efficiently are what our customers expect.
- Electronic Technicians
CES's
Electro-mechanical/Electronic Technicians specialize in the repair,
maintenance, calibration, upgrade, operation, and application
engineering of a wide range of industrial equipment and tools used on
power generation and petrochemical jobsites worldwide.
- Certified Welding Inspectors
CES employs only the best certified welding inspectors. Our welding inspectors are AWS certified, ready and able to inspect welds that meet code B31.1, B31.3, ASME Section I, VIII, IX or any code that our customers require.
- Heat Stress Technicians
Our heat stress technicians use only the most reliable and
accurate equipment, allowing them to give our customers the most
accurate feedback concerning pre-weld and post-weld heat stress cycles.
The range of heat stress equipment used extends from simple manual heat
controllers to programmable temperature controllers capable of remote
communications to a laptop or desktop pc.
